Founded in 2022, located in Rockwall, TX, 205 Diesel Repair services LIGHT, MEDIUM, AND HEAVY DUTY DIESEL TRUCKS.
Hours are MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8AM-5PM, Paychecks weekly on Fridays.
We are looking to add another AWESOME DIESEL TECHNICIAN to our team. Applicants should be HIGHLY SKILLED, experienced, and knowledgeable working with light duty and heavy duty trucks such as Powerstroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines in Ford, Chevy/GMC, and Dodge/Ram pickup trucks as well as Cummins, Volvo/Mack, and Detroit engines in Peterbilts, Kenworths, Volvos, Freightliners. Automotive experience is also a plus.
We work on these trucks every day and applicants need to be familiar and experienced with various common causes, concerns, and solutions for these vehicles. Applicants should have no less than 7 years of working on diesel trucks and accurately diagnosing and completing repairs to these vehicles. Applicants should also be able to accurately follow troubleshooting steps inside or outside of OEM troubleshooting steps, removing and replacing cylinder heads, injectors, turbos, clutches and transmissions, diagnosing fuel pressure issues, timing chains, OHMing out harnesses and components to identify defective circuits.
Applicants should be highly experienced and comfortable completing the following services:
- Removal and Install of clutches, transmissions, drivelines, and suspension systems.
- Maintenance and Knowledge of Aftertreatment/SCR Systems.
- Removal and install of engine cylinder heads, long blocks, short blocks.
- Removal and Install of turbochargers and EGRs.
- Removal and install of fuel injectors.
- Removal and install of various engine accessories such as Air Compressors, AC compressors, alternators, starters, fan clutch, etc.

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with diesel engines.
- Repair and replace faulty components, such as brakes, transmissions, Injectors, Tires, Wheel Seals, and fuel systems, and more.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed.
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of diesel engines.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Experience with brake repair, HVAC systems, and heavy lifting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
